Administrator (Domestic Energy Assessor Team) - Medway City Estate
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: £19,000
Location: Medway City Estate (Rochester)
Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00 - 1800 – one day within this will be 09.30 – 18.30. Plus every 4th Saturday 08.30 – 13.30. When you work a Saturday you will have the Friday off.

We have a fantastic position for an excellent administrator to make appointments for our Domestic Energy Assessors. Booking these appointments with our vendors will include the completion of Energy Performance Certificates, Floor Plans and Professional Photography where applicable. You will be taking payments over the telephone and guiding customers to make sure their home is well presented prior to the DEAs visit.
You will need to have:
- A proven high level of customer service skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- The ability to co-ordinate appointments in a timely/logistical way
- Great organisation skills
- The ability to talk to people at all levels
- Excellent written communication skills
