This is a full-time permanent position and will require some weekend working on rotation. The centre is now seeking a Plantarea Supervisor to support the department manager with the running and development of the plant sales department. High levels of presentation, merchandising and pricing strategy will all form part of the successful applicant’s responsibilities under the department manager, from whom the opportunity to learn and develop is offered. The successful candidate will also be responsible, under the department manager, for utilising targetedpromotions, discounts and linked/companion products, monitoring of stock balance and accuracy, ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are in place to avoid wastage due to out of date stock and to ensure correct maintenance of processes designed to record and reduce waste.
