Are you an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst? Do you have experience in a busy customer support role? If so this may be the role for you Our client a leading Insurance firm, with multiple offices in Kent, London and beyond are seeking a Service Team Analyst to join their growing Service Desk. You will be the first point of contact for incidents, faults and a range of service requests and be responsible for ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The role requires some travel to other sites in the UK, in particular the London office. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operating systems, network infrastructure and telephony systems are a must. Experience of Cisco networking and Avaya IP telephony solutions are particularly desirable. The ideal candidate will blend technical knowledge with a confident telephone manner, excellent Customer Service skills and a "can do" attitude alongside 2 year's experience in a similar role.
