Pay: MPS Start Date: September 2020 £16,368 - £17,340 pro-rata (£19,335 - £20,483 FTE). Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time plus two weeks) We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor and Librarian. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision of classes for short term teacher absence as well as being in charge of overseeing all aspects of the library. The main part of this role is to provide lesson cover when needed so you will need to be confident and motivated in a classroom setting and able to engage with our students to ensure their behaviour and work meets our high standards. You will have strong organisational skills, unlimited optimism, good communication skills, and a tenacity to succeed. You will also be responsible for overseeing and developing our School Library and taking the lead in providing a first class customer experience for both our students and staff.
