Purchase Ledger Clerk - Interim
Our client in the service sector based in Dartford are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 6 month temporary contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working in a small team with full responsibility for the UK ledger. High volume of processing supplier invoices, batching and coding, gaining POD, requesting copy invoices when necessary, process invoices for payment, raise the payments monthly. You will also analyse credit card statements and process them for payment, supplier statement reconciliations, resolving supplier queries and control account reconciliations. The ideal person will have a minimum of 3 years pure purchase ledger experience, strong Excel skills, first rate communication and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
