My client is recruiting for someone to join the service desk and help with both 1st and 2nd line support. Key duties of this role: Support maintaining infrastructure and application based systems Support operational running of IT service desk Support a range of ongoing IT projects Occasionally support the Head of IT with guiding the work of IT service desk colleagues Support the delivery of the IP based telephony services to end users Provide support in ensuring IT infrastructure and system security risks and potential vulnerabilities are regularly reviewed, identified, and mitigated appropriately Ideally for this role you will have experience with the below: Microsoft Office Office 365 SharePoint Active Directory Windows 10 Networking (basic troubleshooting) Citrix VOIP (Skype) Mobile device management Service delivery tools / service delivery software Audio and video equipment Supporting business applications ITIL or equivalent This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/90991159
