Our client, based in Oxted, are looking for an Office Manager/ PA to the Managing Partner for their busy office. The role involves overseeing the firm's office administration, assisting the MD, and supporting the professional staff.

The role includes dealing with reception duties and office post as well as supervising the archiving and filing of documents

The Office Manager/ PA role is client-facing and you will be expected to build strong relationships with the firm's clients.

Duties of the Office Manager/ PA role include:

-Maintaining client list by supervising the engagement and disengagement of clients
-Handling telephone inquiries and calls
-Maintaining diary and time records for the Managing Partner
-Handling correspondence and supervising Filing Assistant
-Carry out administration tasks for professional staff
-Supervising archiving

This role would suit someone who has worked in professional services, perhaps accounting or law.

The ideal candidate will be:
-Previous experience in a similar role is essential
-Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
-IT Literate, including MS Office Suite
-Prior experience in call handling or administration work

This role is located close to Oxted train station and offers free parking.
