Practice Manager - Private Client Wealth Management Westerham - Kent £45k plus bonus and excellent benefits. We are currently recruiting for a very forward-thinking firm of Independent Financial Advisers, that we have worked closely with for a number of years. They have built a highly successful business, providing quality, no nonsense Financial Advice to an affluent North Kent client base. In spite of the current restriction that have been put in place this year, they have enjoyed continued growth and have taken on a couple of additional new staff through us and have plans for another Adviser before the end of the year, to help cope with the volume of new and existing business. Going forward into 2021, they have additional head count increase planned, so have created a new role for a Practice Manager to help them with their expansion plans. The role will offer the successful applicant a high degree of autonomy, and a financial stable and rewarding working environment. You will need to have a number of years’ experience in a similar role within Private Client Wealth Management, ideally holding roles such as Operation Manager, Practice Manager or Compliance Manager or a combination of these. Initial duties will include a review of all current processes, procedures and systems and then making recommendations on your findings to improve efficiencies and work practices. Your role will also cover compliance, Ts & Cs, staff mentoring, training and recruitment, quality control and reviewing the client experience and again making any recommendations or changes you see fit. As practical experience is more important than exams, it is not essential that you are level 4 Diploma qualified, although this would be highly desirable. Key skills required will be to possess and inquisitive mind, being happy to challenge the current status quo, strong man management and interpersonal skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail for all written correspondence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to add real value to a firm, with a possible route through to a board level role at a point in the future, if you take an active part in helping to grow the business in the way the Directors have planned. To be eligible for this role you must have at least 5 years’ experience of working within Private client Wealth Management, at a similar level. Due to the volume of applicants we are getting to adverts, only those that match this criteria will be considered
