About the team: We are looking for an End User Support Analyst to join the existing End User Support team of 6 in one of our Chatham offices. This is a business-facing role where the expectation is support will be at the desk - adjustments have been appropriately made to this given the COVID-19 situation. They have three complementary brands: Charter Savings Bank; Precise Mortgages; Exact Mortgage Experts. What you will be doing: In this role, you will have the opportunity to undertake and complete hands-on customer-facing and administrative 1st and some 2nd line IT support tasks in accordance with processes, procedures and service targets. Your responsibilities will include… Performing daily system operational tasks when required Assisting with technical support as required to the bank's computer systems with minimum disruption to services (this may require out of hours working) Maintaining a high level of communication with the business users on open issues Producing and updating End User Support documentation and procedure manuals Travelling between the UK OSB offices when necessary In return for your commitment: We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between &163;25,000 - &163;27,000 and a competitive benefits package including: Discretionary annual bonus opportunity Generous annual leave plus bank holidays Pension contribution, life assurance , access to private medical insurance and medical cash plan Additional access to Season Ticket Loan Scheme, Cycle Purchase Scheme, Holiday Purchase/ Sell Scheme, Employee Perk portals and Save as you earn scheme.
