Call All Administrators / Customer Service Advisors - Medway City Estate

Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £20,000

Location: Medway City Estate (Rochester)

Hours: Monday 08.30 – 17.30 – Tuesday 09.30 - 18.30 – Wednesday and Thursday 09.00 – 18.00 – Friday 08.00 – 17.00.  Plus, every 4th Saturday 08.30 – 13.30. When you work a Saturday you will have the Friday off.

If talking to customers is your forte, this could be just the job for you! You will be booking appointments for our Energy Assessors and Photographers who cover the whole of the Arun Network (of which Wards of Kent is just one of the brands).

You will need great telephone skills and be able to plan diaries for our team so they can complete Energy Performance Certificates, Floor Plans and Professional Photography where applicable. You will be taking payments over the telephone and guiding customers to make sure their home is well presented prior to the DEAs visit.

You will need to have:

• The ability to co-ordinate appointments in a timely/logistical way
• Great organisation skills
• The ability to talk to people at all levels
•  Excellent written communication skills
• 30 wpm typing skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• A commercial mind and the ability to spot business opportunities
