We are recruitment for a pensions company based in Swanley. This is a permanent role starting ASAP, 35 hours per week. The role will work from home until the client goes back to the office. The main duty of the role as Governance Manager will be to oversee all of the Trustee Committees. This includes but it is not limited to: Preparing all agendas with support from the Chair of each Committee To be able to run Trustee Committee meetings alongside the Chair of the Committee To present meeting papers at Trustee / Committee meetings and demonstrate confidence in answering questions and being involved in discussions To be the main point of contact for Committees To review meeting packs to ensure a high standard of quality To review minutes of meetings in a timely manner To monitor progress of action points Additional work will include but is not limited to: Updating standard governance documents such as risk registers and Trustee policies for inclusion with meeting papers To support and assist the Head of Client Services & Governance Manage and support the Team on high level projects such as Report and Accounts and Annual Chair's Statement of Governance exercises The successful candidate will have experience within the pensions industry and will be available for work asap.
