The Company Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for our client based just Kent. This is a modern business, who truly invest in their staff. The Role As the Registered Manager of this service you will take responsibility for the day to day running of the registered scheme and to manage your team. You will have responsibility for; ensuring best practice is promoted and implemented and that relevant quality standards are maintained at all times. You will also oversee the strategy of developing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with families, local authorities and others. Ensuring support plans and risk assessments are implemented and maintained, this role will require fantastic Knowledge of National Minimum Standards and Children's Homes Regulations including the Quality Standards. You will also monitor and control budgets, as well as providing on-call cover as required by the organisation. This role will work 39 hours per week. The Candidate The successful person will need to be at least Level 3 Diploma in Management, and be willing to undertake further progression in qualifications also. You will also have at least 2 years' experience of working with Children at Management Level. As well as having experience of working successfully with children displaying challenging social, emotional and behavioural problems. You will also have experience of supporting behaviour management amongst a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
