This successful and established Insurance Claims handler based in Tonbridge, Kent has been established to provide various major insurance providers with an effective and cost-efficient partner for handling Motor and Home Insurance claims from start through to settlement and providing a high level of customer service to all policy holders. Due to ongoing expansion my client is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR Manager to join their busy and friendly team. You will be providing advice on all HR related activities within the business, and guiding managers on a range of people matters such as discipline, grievance, performance management, sickness absence and recruitment. Duties Provide generalist HR expertise to the business managers Build and maintain relationships across the business Lead and manage the HR Administrator in the recruitment and onboarding process Maintain a recruiter PSL, negotiating terms and ensuring efficacy of and continuous dialogue with suppliers Produce people related MI (absence, employee turnover, disciplinary) Be responsible for online recruitment sites Review all HR policies and procedures in line with changing legislation and/or every 12 months. Be self-motivated to work independently, managing your time and prioritising your workload appropriately whilst maintaining attention to detail Ensure a relevant level of legal understanding with continuous development and learning. Responsible for the management of HR Policies; ensuring parity in their application across all areas of the business. Leading the recruitment process and associated suppliers.
