Shift Manager for Dawn to Dusk Day Nursery (Maidstone) Ltd

The position is for a Senior qualified and experienced Room Leader.

An excellent opportunity is being offered to join the Management Team at our Maidstone Nursery. As a highly successful, well established, busy day nursery we are offering the position of Shift to Manager to the successful candidate who has the right experience and has the ability to motivate and lead.

The candidate must have good organizational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. A minimum of a level 3 qualification and be experienced with a proven track record in running a room.

The nursery operates a bubble system, and the role is to support the Senior Management team in a bubble. This role is a dual role running a room and a team.

Experienced Room Leader 

We are looking for

• Experienced Room leader working with Early years that has a qualification of a level 3 or above
• Have a passion of working with Early Years children.
• The candidate needs to have good communication skills working in a team
• Be able to manage a team of people
• Who is enthusiastic about their role
• Ready to take on new challenges.
• Needs to have good knowledge and understanding of planning, observations and the EYFS
• Adaptive to meet all the needs of the children
