Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading employer who are recruiting for an Import and Export Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis however, could turn permanent for the right person. This will be an office based role requiring high levels of attention to detail keeping up to date with the latest import and export regulations post Brexit The role: As the Import and Export Compliance Coordinator, you will be required to carry out a variety of import / export activities and assisting the senior management team witch tasks as required. Key responsibilities: Entering and reviewing Sales Orders to ensure customer expectations are being met, providing the Customer with Export Declaration templates Producing weekly invoice and despatch documentation for Domestic and International Customers Coordinate the issue and receipt of end user documents necessary for export compliance Assess ordered goods for Export License requirements and apply for Export Licenses; SIELs; OGELs and OIELs and also ITAR and EAR licenses when required Maintaining records for all Export and Sales Compliance Documentation Processing imported goods; home use; end use; IPR and Customs Warehouse Maintaining records for all imported and exported goods Assisting in the export and import compliance audits Providing responses to internal and external import and export queries Providing responses to customer Purchase Order related queries Liaising with other internal departments to enable smooth running of orders Providing, collating data and reporting on all departmental KPI data Assisting the general admin function of the business Person specification: 2 years previous import and export experience Experience of working with an ERP system and numerous other platforms for data Ability to provide reports and analyse data Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, able to stick to tight deadlines A methodical approach to work Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong numeracy skills Confident in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Advanced in Excel Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload Must have driving licence and access to own transport Salary: £20K - £23K DOE NB: Lloyd Recruitment Services would like to thank you for taking the time to apply, however due to the volume of applications received, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates
