Business Development Manager Location: Ashford/Maidstone Salary: £30k - £45k DOE | OTE: £80k A leading creative agency with offices in Kent and Manchester. They deal with multinational Pharmaceutical companies, family-owned Recruitment Agencies to Investment Firms and many other industries to increase their social media presence, craft their brand, improve their website, design and deliver digital solutions or give them more data-driven insights into their business. As Business Development Manager you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving new business revenue by managing the whole sales process. Upon meeting revenue targets, we will compliment the sales team with Lead Generators to exponentially increase top line revenue. The opportunity is intended for the successful candidate to become Director of Sales and will suit seriously ambitious people with a background and network in Marketing Sales who want to progress in their careers. You must be able to demonstrate previous billings within a Marketing Agency of £20k per month . Responsibilities will include: • Assisting CEO with executing sales strategy; • Liaising with Account Managers to ensure accurate delivery of client briefs • Help build and maintain rapport with clients and agency contacts • Learning and creatively executing client campaign build, launch and optimisations to generate leads and sales. • Be proactive and suggest improvements to not only make your position more efficient but also the wider business to ensure all parts of the business operate at an optimal level; • Support the accounts team in planning campaigns and creating media plans as per new business requirements; • Creating pitch decks for tenders and new business; • Analysing campaign data to ensure optimal management and new strategies; • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services that Alive Digital offer; The chosen candidate should: • Display an ability to forge and manage relationships in a professional setting • Show a desire to learn and develop themselves • Have a consistently positive attitude towards their job, team and company • Show an eagerness to integrate themselves into the team and support their colleagues • Be results-driven and commercially aware ESSENTIAL: • Team player • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organisational skills • High attention to detail • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment • Excellent time management skills • Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, IF statements) • Advanced commercial awareness and know your figures DESIRABLE: • Experience of Digital Advertising • Knowledge of social media platforms and online trends Please apply immediately if you are interested.
