New Homes - Assistant Site Manager- Construction
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to start work asap, with the ability to hit the ground running at what is a busy site. An individual with drive and ambition to move into a permanent Site Manager position is preferred. Proven experience managing sites for residential and mixed-use projects is essential, strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site. Commercial and financial awareness of costings and sustainability is vital. A confident, approachable and engaging manager is paramount with excellent communication skills. Health and Safety focused with the ability to naturally promote a safe working environment and a valid CSCS card. Hourly rate is between £15.00 - £17.00 per hour. Hours Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
