Job DescriptionResidential Development SolicitorKent £48,000 - £60,000W/26316 Residential Development Solicitor - Our clients, a niche property practice based in the Southern Home Counties are now in need of a further residential property development solicitor to join their growing property development team.About the Role As part of this boutique firm you will be joining their highly experienced property development team which is managed by Partners recognised in Chambers. The team specialises in acting for registered providers of social housing and house builders. You will be handling a caseload of SDLT Returns, completions, drafting and negotiation Deeds of Variations, Deeds of easements and other legal documents.Candidate Requirements They are ideally looking for a candidate with at least 5 years experience and a good background in property development work.
