As the re/insurance sector is undergoing an intensive long-term digital transformation, our ultimate goal is to improve the underlying technology and data-driven processes that make it possible to more efficiently and sustainably pay out claims to life or health insurance policyholders when they experience losses. As a member of the L&H BM Operational Excellence & Data Management Team, you will take a leading role in both vision and execution, taking on personal accountability for driving direction of the Life & Health Reinsurance Claims system landscape and working with the various global and regional teams to ensure seamless system performance. You will be focused on claims-related business data and processes. You will provide expert knowledge to improve the management (including ingestion, storage, governance, validation, and analysis) of claims data. Are you interested in joining us in this journey? Key responsibilities Contributing to the strategic business vision and mandate for making better use of our claims data, enabling implementation with technology and operations knowledge,Supporting the development of detailed business analysis to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for end-to-end claims data management,Harnessing full global reach and creating collaboration across different regional processes and system landscapes,Working collaboratively with diverse teams to provide strong link between business users and IT development,Tracking new technical advancements and keeping up to date on technology advances to help keep claims data 'future ready',Staying up to date on claims data governance and regulatory developments,Supporting technical testing of various components within the system and providing clear feedback on developments Expanding on innovative ideas and specific needs that are generated from across the business to determine technical feasibility, define business requirements and assess holistic impact; supporting innovative ideas through development and implementationSupport claims data analysis and reporting to senior management due to deep system knowledge and general claims understanding About the Team Our Life & Health Client Service Delivery (CSD) Division supports internal and external client solutions, including ensuring that quality, timely, and consistent data and analysis is available for Life & Health Reinsurance in areas such as claims, valuation, pricing, underwriting, and technical accounting. Our wider Operational Excellence & Data Management team is responsible for providing global expertise on data and systems, leveraging world-class technology tools and platforms, to support continuous improvement in client solutions.
