2 x Territory Business Managers – Dermatology Products. A fantastic opportunity to join an market leading UK company specialising in Dermatology products to NHS hospitals and community markets throughout the UK. Territory 1: Greater London and Hertfordshire (must reside within the M25) Territory 2: Centered in Kent and South Essex, also including Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire (must reside in Kent or South Essex) Package:- £30K pa (plus £5K London allowance for London), as well as the usual benefits. This year so far, bonus for South East and London territories has been between £1.6K and £1.9K per quarter. Excellent package including car and benefits. Role – The Territory Business Development Manager will be responsible for the sales of the company’s dermatology range: • To sell and promote to clinicians and users in the acute and community markets. • Hits sales targets • Maintain company standards without needing day to day management • Project a professional image of the company • Reliable and trustworthy • Excellent presentations skills • Good interpersonal communication skills • Good written communication skills Applicant – Individuals applying for this role need to be exceptional communicators and able to build relationships with customers. They must be credible in front of clinicians and nurses and have the maturity to gain respect in the sales process. They will be highly driven, articulate and out-going. Ideally you will have some sales experience and with the current Covid situation ideally some telesales experience. Applicant will be smart in appearance, personable, and demonstrate commercial acumen Enterprising and enthusiastic self-starter, adaptable to change. Perseverance and relationship building skills. Experience in GP sales, excellent telephone manner would be desirable. Provide specific examples of working to KPIs and achievements from previous roles. IT fluency, proficiency in MS Excel and excellent analytical skills are crucial for this role. Must be located within the relevant territory
