Accounts Assistant (Temporary) to start immediatelyMaidstone
Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm (40 hours PW)
£11-£12 per hour (circa £25K FT Perm Equivalent)
We are working with a production company in Maidstone who are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a temporary basis to assist with a project.
This project will be to help with reconciling the accounts across 3 companies under 1 parent company. The individual will need to look through the accounts, find out missing information and reconcile the differences.
They anticipate this project taking circa 3 weeks, but this might change.
Experience required:
*Experienced accounts assistant
*AAT qualification would be advantageous, but experience is more important
*Experience using SAGE or Orderwise
*Can work at speed, accurately and with little supervision.
*People person, need to be looking for information, if not forthcoming they need to speak to the individuals directly.
*Comfortable with dogs; as dogs will present in the office
*Available to start within a few days notice
