Customer Success Consultant
Our client is a global supplier of technology, software, and digital marketing services within the automotive industry. They are looking to add an Customer Success Consultant to their team based in Kent. The role will focus on building on successful relationships to offer further services and assist clients in reaching their goals through innovation and initiative. You will act as an Account Manager for a number of accounts ensuring the retention and growth of accounts. The role will focus on building relationships and understanding clients long term plans whilst being able to provide further solutions. The role will require analysing analytical data to then provide recommendations to clients. This role requires a high level of communication; customer service and the ability to monitor data. The ideal candidate would have a background in account management or customer service; ideally within digital marketing, SaaS or automotive. The right candidate will have worked in a B2B environment with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. On offer is a salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum with flexible working; 25 days holiday plus an additional day for your birthday. The company offer a friendly and modern working environment.
