Senior HR Advisor - Kent - &163;35,000.00 - Permanent Reed HR are currently partnered exclusively with a small technology company based in Kent who are seeking a stand-alone Senior HR Advisor to join their small but growing company. This start-up feel company is offering an excellent benefits package and opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong all-round HR skills and experience managing end to end payroll. There are a number of HR projects to get stuck straight into, updating company handbook, contracts etc. and leading on employee engagement survey. Essential 4 years&43; HR experience working at a similar level Experience working autonomously and extremely self motivated CIPD Level 5 qualified/equivalent experience Strong knowledge of employment law Experience managing end to end payroll Recruitment and onboarding experience You will need to be available to start within 2 weeks for this opportunity, this is an urgent role and will be turned round very quickly.
