Home Manager

We are working with a wonderful reputable charity who are looking for a Registered Home Manager on a fixed term temporary contract. Ideally we are look for someone who has: • Learning disability/dementia experience. • Ability to provide strong and supportive management to the staff team. • Strong organisational and reporting skills, especially around Covid Testing and Infection Control regimes. • Ability to ensure safe staffing levels within the home • Ability to keep accurate financial records, including monthly timesheets The role is for a minimum of three months, working at least 3 days a week [maybe 5 days]. You will be employed by Reed, paid weekly and between &163;13.95 and &163;14.75 per hour depending on experience. The location is a beautiful rural farm where the service users 'work' on the farm and with the animals as part of their day to day lives. There are 7 Bungalows on site, and the successful applicant will be the manager of 2 of these Bungalows. We are looking for someone to bring a fresh perspective and great structure to the homes. This is for an immediate start and will require interviews next week.
