As an Executive Account Manager, you will be working within a high profile, professional environment. You will be the lead point of contact for customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, enhancing Service delivery with key accounts and customer stakeholders. This involves help with a wide range of queries and contractor on-boarding, often involving liaising with our Legal advisors and ensuring accurate information is provided and relayed in a professional manner, both on the telephone and face-to-face with customer presentations and meetings. This also includes helping to forecast and track key account metrics eg. quarterly sales and annual forecasts, working closely with the Recruitment tam to identify and grow opportunities. Above all else, your role will be to enhance the overall Customer experience and your dedication to accuracy and Service delivery will be a key contributor in this. You will be working on your own initiative, often under pressure, so you need an immense amount of common sense and flexibility including exceptional organisational talents. You will need a confident telephone manner and lots of energy and enthusiasm coupled with the drive and ambition to ensure a high level of success. You will be working within Professional Services, liaising with a high level of senior Consultants and Contractors working within the Energy sector. You should have a strong education, ideally to Degree level, which should be backed up with at least 10 years relevant experience. Ideally this will have been gained within the Recruitment Industry or another fast-moving, customer-facing environment, working both with Business Leads and Procurement for high profile, corporate clients and leading brands ideally with a focus within the Energy, Trading, E-Commerce and Retail sectors. You should be keen to achieve targets and to be successful in gaining positive results from your own hard work and contributing to the team as a whole. We are a small team of around 15 and we offer a great work-hard, play-hard environment with a focus on dedication and hard work that is always rewarded. We are all working remotely but are hoping to be able to return to our offices in Sevenoaks before much longer, where we have lovely offices and on-site car parking facilities.
