Reporting to the New Homes Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to deliver sales on our clients’ developments with the core responsibility of being able to identify and maximise all new homes sales opportunities and work collaboratively to ensure all budgeted sales figures are met. New Homes Sales Negotiator - On Site - Experience Required: New Homes understanding and experience is essential, ideally with familiarity of the local market, including new homes awareness, business to business experience/exposure and a strong customer focussed approach. In addition to a proven track record in sales, key skills should include influencing and selling, an ability to handle difficult customers/conflict, planning and organisation with capacity to manage volume tasks, IT literacy, great communications skills and the ability to 'think outside the box’ to deliver results.
