Senior Lettings Negotiator - Tunbridge Wells / Sevenoaks - up to &163;40k Package My client is a very well established premium brand with branches throughout the UK dealing with Lettings, Estate Agency, Commercial, Land and Auctions. They hold considerable market share within the mid - high end market and pride themselves on their first class customer service. I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator to join a thriving and growing team. They are looking for someone to play a key role working within and supporting a team of combined property skills & experience, with a view to maintaining and growing the portfolio, which ranges from exclusive large country homes, through to traditional town houses and also new build apartments. Key Responsibilities · Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate · Applicant care in line with company procedures · Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries · Registering applicants on the phone and walk ins · Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate · Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants · Feedback to LandLord’s, Tenants and Applicants following viewings · Maintain fortnightly contact with Applicants · Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants and managing the paperwork · Booking Appraisals, confirming and inputting into internal software and sending reports to Landlords · Carrying out Appraisal when required & arranging for re-evaluation of any re-lets and prepare for re-marketing · Ensure the team is aware of any terminations and the relevant action is in place · Assistant Client liaison coordinator with preparing new properties for marketing · Arrange photography with Landlord, Tenant, photographer Knowledge and Experience · 2 years previous experience as a Lettings negotiator · Preferably ARLA licensed but not essential · Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc Skills · Focused: commits to challenging goals and delivers consistently against these · Cost management: financial and commercial acumen with excellent planning, budgeting and operational reporting skills · Continuous improvement: delivers efficiency in addition to effectiveness · Self-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best · Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility · Robust and prepared to lead from the front · Diplomatic and challenging with the ability to influence others · Strong decision maker who gives assurance · Ethical with strong integrity · Someone who has innate curiosity and is eager to experiment and push the boundaries of what is possible This role offers a competitive salary, car allowance and structured bonus and the hours are Monday-Friday plus Sat rota.
