Role Description Our continued drive to innovate and deliver the best client service involves enriching data and optimising processes, ensuring our clients are able to maximise the potential that technology can bring to their business. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be a decision maker and problem solver, and have a passion for learning about new applications that come to market. You will work alongside our Accounts, Audit and Outsourcing teams, reporting direct to Partner. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide-ranging client base to ensure that the selection, implementation, and support of ERP applications is delivered with confidence. There will be opportunities to develop and manage a team as the service line requires, in line with our growth plans. You may be part of a finance team in industry, looking to develop and apply your skills to a number of different clients, or you may be in practice looking for an exciting new challenge. Whatever your background, most important is that you enjoy working with us, and you are a real team player. Role requirements and responsibilities The successful candidate will demonstrate that they can: Manage projects to agreed deadlines and within budget. Consult and deliver training to clients confidently, building rapport quickly. Design and implement a variety of applications for SME’s, including inventory management, multi-site retail systems, Expense Management, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes. Assess and improve end-to-end financial processes. Deliver implementations across multiple tax regimes, and multiple currencies. Understand the full range of services Kreston Reeves can provide and be confident in business development participation. Show experience with applications such as Microsoft Business Central and/or Oracle NetSuite. Location is flexible in line with our agile working policies, within our office catchment area in London and the South East.
