Due to an exceptionally busy last six months, we are now looking to grow our team with a drive into developing our Managed Service Provision into a structured product that is ready to be launched into the open market. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow a structured MSP function. The role will involve working with an established client base in formalising an existing “first generation” MSP contract that provides total talent solutions within the Professional Services sector as well as helping to identify new opportunities with a similar product range. This is a senior role within the company and involves working closely with the Recruitment team in developing the strategy for growth and presenting Resource Solutions at a senior level within Procurement. Further growth wil involve directing and formulating marketing strategies and campaigns, driving the end-to-end sales processes throughout tenders and RFP’s, working both with Business Leads and Procurement for high profile, corporate clients and leading brands with a focus within the Energy, Trading, E-Commerce and Retail sectors. You should have around 15 years’ experience working within a dynamic Resource Solutions organisation as well as a strong background within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and RPO and MSP solutions. This needs to include demonstrated success working with leading, global brands combined with stakeholder engagement skills and an innovative and entrepreneurial flair and a desire for success.
