Solicitor (NQ-3 year PQE) or Experienced Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or experienced paralegal to join our office in Kent.

We are a niche law firm specialising in leasehold enfranchisement and related property work which is continuing to flourish due to our knowledge and expertise in this field.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Solicitor or experienced paralegal to work alongside a Director who either has some past experience in leasehold enfranchisement or a minimum of twelve months residential conveyancing experience.

We are looking for an efficient, quick learner who will be organised and eager to learn and have a genuine interest in this particular area of law or in learning a new area of law. The applicant should be looking to play a key role in a business and we are willing to offer good career progression to the right applicant.

The candidate will need to be client focused and have good communication skills and able to hit the ground running from day one and manage their own workload, which will be an interesting caseload with a diverse range of clients and properties.
