The role will predominantly be home based or involve travel to client site, but with an option to visit the office if you are local and wish to do so This is an excellent opportunity for an Implementation Consultant who would like to re-imagine their future in a company making a difference. Delivering consultancy services across our FMS (Financial Management Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) customers, this is a customer-facing role within our Professional Services team. What you will be doing As an Implementation Consultant, you will deliver implementation and solution consulting services to our customers, on all aspects of the company’s FMS (Financial Management Solutions) products Communicate with colleagues and project leaders to deliver the best solution for the projects Contribute to the development of Professional Services through the generation of new delivery ideas and improved processes; focusing on customer experience Provide problem resolution, prioritising high impact defects or customer sensitive issues, by working with support and development teams to resolve each problem Engage with pre-sales activities and play an active role in revenue generation when required What you will have As an Implementation Consultant, you will have experience of delivering consultancy and operating within a Professional Services team, preferably with FMS or HCM software products Knowledge of the software implementation and development life cycles Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to lead discussions and workshops to explain options, gain agreement on the method of implementing the solution and to set customer expectations Ability and expectation to travel as required Relevant accountancy knowledge or qualifications would be advantageous What we do for you Generous Annual Leave – 25 days, plus public holidays, with the ability to buy additional days Employee Assistance Programme – Advice, support, and counseling 24/7 Life insurance - 4x times salary Top Achievers Club – Our yearly VIP trip includes flights, transfers and accommodation to recognise excellence in our employees 65% Internal Mobility – Committed to the development & growth of our people Advanced Perks At Work – Exclusive employee discounts & benefits portal Charity Fundraising – Proud to be a Patron of The Prince's Trust; every employee is entitled to one day of volunteering each year Pension Scheme - Up to 5% matched contribution Income protection insurance Who we are Advanced are one of the UK’s largest and most successful software companies.
