An exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a business based in Gravesend and work alongside them providing the high standard of service to their customers that they are renowned for This a full time role, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. Client Details The client are an organisation based in Gravesend. Description The key responsibilities of the role are as follows: Processing and resolving customer complaints. Proactive communication to keep customers informed. Understanding, communicating and processing promotional deals. Manage and oversee customer deliveries. Be the first point of contact for all customer requests. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs. Profile Key skills required: University degree. Fluent Spanish speaking skills. Ability to work in a fast changing environment. Highly effective and clear communicator. Excellent listening skills.
