Barnes Lodge is our bright and modern, flagship Care Home in Tonbridge with new and exciting, full and part time employment opportunities for Registered Nurses within our day and night Nursing Care teams.
Our RGN’s support our Deputy Manager within the Home in providing 24 hour cover to meet the nursing needs of our residents. Our RGN’s have a key responsibility for the quality of nursing assessment, care planning and safeguarding, and they ensure that the home provides a homely and safe environment consistent with the principles of dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.
To ensure that our residents receive the very best care at all times our RGN’s take a positive approach to learning and development, providing ongoing guidance to the care team.
If you are a dedicated RGN, pride yourself on your person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing and can meet the following requirements as a minimum, this is a marvellous opportunity to join an established, growing organisation in the heart of Kent.
· A relevant nursing qualification
· Current registration with the NMC
· Satisfactory employment references
· Right to work in the UK
