To undertake general office duties (answering the telephone, replying to emails, filing, managing the diary) and data input via Sage Accounts (experience is preferred).
Assisting the shop manager, with sales, ordering/unpacking stock and raising quotations.
The successful candidate will need to be proactive and able to use their initiative, whilst remaining professional and diplomatic at all times.
Essential communication skills both written and verbal, speaking to customers and suppliers in a courteous and professional manor.
Organisational and time management skills are a must, with the ability to multitask and work within a small close-knit team.
Knowledge of Sage Accounts and a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Monday to Friday 9.00am-3.00pm (5.5 hours per day, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch).
Initial six month probation period.
