With over 250 talented architects, designers, heritage consultants and surveyors across 14 offices in the UK and overseas, the opportunity exists to become a part of something huge. The ideal Architect will be a results-driven, tenacious, self-starter who possesses the ability to focus on winning new business whilst leading and developing the studio alongside the management of a range of bespoke architectural projects. Associate Architect Requirements: RIBA / ARB registered Architect AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA accreditation - desirable Demonstrable experience operating at an Associate Architect level within the UK Proven business development and work winning skills Commercial awareness / aptitude for business management Proven ability of leading, managing and developing Architectural individuals and teams Experience on delivering major projects over £25m construction value Ability to manage the seamless running of all architectural projects to the highest standards through all RIBA work-stages Excellent communication & presentation skills The successful Associate Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £45-£50k.
