Senior Implementation Consultant Salary range: From £60,000 to £85,000, plus excellent bonus . Solutions Sector: PPM (Project Management & Portfolio Management), and PSA (Professional Services Automation) - Work Management apps. Based: National remit, home office located and with a UK Head Office. Domain expertise: Experience working with PPM (Project Management & Portfolio Management) and / or PSA (Professional Services Automation) solutions. E.g., experience of any of these products would be of interest: PPM - PlanView, Planisware, Innotas, Clarity, Changepoint, Workfront, Daptiv, Clarizen, Project Objects, One point, KeyedIn, WorkOtter, Accolade, Micro Focus, Sciforma, Polarisoft, Mavenlink, Oracle OpenAir, Workfront, Hydra Management or Cora Systems etc. PSA – Kimble, FinancialForce, Krow Software, BigTime, Autotask, ConnectWise, ManageEngine or Workday etc. Our client: A highly innovative and successful international software vendor. Opportunity Summary: A Senior Implementation Consultant with a focus on Portfolio Management software and PSA. The product integrates with CRM, HCM, Accounting and ERP systems. As the Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor and product expert for new and existing customers. You will play a pivotal role in the success of project delivery from analysis of client needs and requirements qualification, through system design, testing, to go-live and to post-launch support. Working closely with Project Managers, Consultants, BAs, CSMs, and Support Specialists, you will also have strong ties to Support and Product owners to ensure clients' needs are being addressed in a timely manner. Primary Responsibilities and skill requirements: Services that include new implementations, addition of features, business strategy re-alignment, and other activities to ensure long and prosperous relationships with our clients. Providing professional advice, guidance and actionable solutions to businesses. Gathering and analysing customer requirements as well as translating underlying business needs to solution architecture. Design of system configuration and custom reporting for clients. Support of User Acceptance Testing. Go-live planning and guidance through an incubation period after go-live. Application of in-depth product knowledge and best practices. Addressing potential challenges to meet or exceed established timelines. Having client facing calls for escalations and/or scoping. Delivering quality service within budget constraints and seeking ways to reduce costs. Providing the consulting team with technical subject matter expertise and working with them to ensure activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives. Collaborating with various cross functional teams to define and determine requirements, improve our products and knowledge. Experience with Portfolio Management, Project Management and/or Professional Service Automation software. Demonstrated expertise in consulting and supporting enterprise-scale technical solutions meeting complex business requirements. Extensive experience in a similar role that put you in direct contact with clients and internal stakeholders. The ability to create and present, processes, flow charts and other relevant documents.
