Branch Manager in Maidstone This is a very exciting opportunity to join a well established Estate Agency in Kent. Person Requirements Our clients are looking for a reliable, polished, well presented and articulate individual to manage their professional sales team in this busy office. The Candidate needs to be dynamic and energetic and have the ability to come in and make an impact. Strong skill set in Sales Valuing/Listing and a proven track record in Sales growth are highly desirable. You will also need to be able to develop the team’s performance through regular coaching and support. Role Outline As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for helping run an efficient team, as well as have an exceptional focus on business development and growth. You will have a hands-on approach to business and be actively arranging and conducting valuations - selling the services of the business and leading the team by example at all times. You will need to encompass the company’s attitude to delivering the best Customer journey in everything that you do. This role has strong potential to lead to further career progression for the right candidate in due course.
