As an Office Administrator, your core responsibilities will include Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, welcoming clients into the office where necessary. You will Assist with schedules and appointments and learning how to use industry relevant databases and platforms to assist the other administrators. In order to be successful in this role you will have excellent Communication skills. Office administrators will be required to have organisation with filing / paper management, basic bookkeeping and typing. You will have excellent customer service skills and be self-motivated. This is a unique opportunity for an entry into the cleaning industry and this particular position will have the potential to become permanent based on performance
