We are looking for sales & customer service experts to join our Contact Centre teams and help revolutionise how our 7 million customers a year go on holiday. We are not your average call centre team, our Group Travel Consultants are the voice of Holiday Extras Our mission (and yours if you choose to accept it) is to surprise and delight our customers by delivering a customer experience that is different to any other As a Holiday Extras Group Travel Consultant you'll be responsible for really getting to know your customers using your rapport building skills to tailor your service to make their trip or short-break the best it can be Covid-19 has, of course, had an impact on many industries, none more so than travel. Like others, we’ve had to innovate and adapt quickly to continue to deliver on our promise to our customers. But the fact remains customers want to go on holiday (in a recent survey of our customers, 80% of them told us that they plan to travel as soon as they possibly can) so there's never been a better time to join us What You'll Need To Show Us A track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience working in a fast paced environment and a good level of computer literacy. You don’t necessarily have had to have worked in a contact centre before, but you should have worked in a customer service/ sales driven environment where you’ve delivered a first class customer experience. That you are an effective communicator with a warm, friendly, inviting and engaging tone of voice, with the ability to adapt and tailor your approach to each customer. Your inquisitive nature and how this has helped you deliver exceptional service in the past. Your flexible approach with the ability to adapt to different products based on business needs. Hours We’re looking for super flexible Full-Time people who are able to work across our opening hours. Full-Time – 37.5 Hours - you will need to be fully flexible across our opening hours of Monday – Friday 9.00am until 9.00pm and Saturday – Sunday 9.00am until 5.00pm. These roles can be done fully remote, office based (when restrictions lift) or a hybrid of both Induction We will be holding a number of inductions over the next couple of months starting in June 2021. These will be remote until restrictions are lifted, you will be provided with a MacBook before you start, so you won't need to worry about equipment You’ll need to be available 9.00-17.30 Monday to Friday during the induction period in order to learn all there is to know about our products.
