Regional Sales Manager

Due to increased global growth and 25%&43; year-on-year profitability, the organisation is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take responsibility for a designated region. Your brief includes: •Proactively scoping new business opportunities & leads •Development of new clients both within the existing niche market but also diversifying to new ones •Key point of contact for regional customers ensuring the resolution of account issues, queries & developments •Tracking & management of CRM system, ensuring ongoing liaison with existing clients & follow up of prospective customers •Management of client relationship through the sales process •Responsible for tracking new customer information •Attending team-wide Sales meetings at UK Head Office With proven travelling sales experience, gained ideally within the Logistics or Distribution sector, you will demonstrate a track record of developing and enhancing client portfolios, generating new business, achieving sales revenue targets and delivering customer value and account profitability . The role demands a proactive, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the gravitas to influence key customers in the decision-making process. Travel to customer sites is envisaged across Greater London and the South of the UK. This person will need to be on-site in Dartford 1 day a week.
