Information about the post

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and future-thinking individual to join the team at Kent Union. This exciting and varied role includes key channel marketing, campaign management, events promotion and organisation, as well as opportunities to develop and protect the Kent Union brand and co-ordinate PR activity.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, with up to date knowledge of social media marketing and content creation. As a line manager you will be responsible for overseeing team activity and supporting direct reports in their performance and development. You will work closely with colleagues across Kent Union and also external stakeholders, so great communication skills are key.

The Head of Marketing and Communications will also be responsible for their own operating plan in line with the Kent Union strategy and departmental budget management.
