Pay range: £23,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Working hours: Full time
SEN Allowance: £2149
Kite College is an exciting new Independent Specialist Post-16 College opening in September 2021 in Sittingbourne, providing specialist education and training for young people with learning difficulties.
All our learners will have EHCPs and all learners will be given the opportunity to engage in a suitable FE provision, tailored to the individual’s need, with smaller teaching groups to build confidence and develop independence to ensure a safe and sustainable entry into employment and adulthood.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic & experienced Construction and Multi Skills Lecturer to join us in September 2021.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to be a part of Kent’s only specialised college for young people with SEND, and to develop the Construction and Multi Skills programme, tailoring training packages for our vulnerable young people, from the onset. Our newly refurbished construction workshops host the most up-to-date and modern equipment and resources.
All staff will be fully supported by the College Trust who, as your employer, are fully committed to providing all staff with a high degree of support and high quality CPD and career progression.

Kite College will be Kent's only specialist Post-16 college that delivers multiple education and training courses across a variety of industries.
The College will provide specialist supported provision to young people ages 16-25. Our offer includes both vocational and technical education and training qualifications, providing young people with the skills and knowledge they need to transition into sustainable employment and a healthy adult life.
