Internal Sales Role - Consultative Sales, Work from home and office. This is a great opportunity for an internal sales person to join my client who are specialists in their field and have circa 30 employees, across two locations. This is a new role to join an existing team of three internal sales people, the role is due to expansion. This role might suit someone who is looking for slightly reduced hours if required. Working from home and from my clients lovely office in West Kent, you will be tasked with selling training courses to specialists in their industry. You will be having conversations with highly skilled people who work in the same industry. The role will consist of speaking to prospects by phone and email. Following up on enquiries and generating interest in my clients courses, which have received excellent feedback to date. You will be supported in the role with excellent mentoring and training, as well as being given a database of prospects, however, once settled in the job, you will be expected to start generating your own leads. You will also work closely with marketing to understand any campaigns that they undertake and the response expected. This role comes with career progression if desired. Ideal Person: Some previous sales experience Proactive self motivated First class communication and rapport building skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent telephone manner Excellent command of English language both verbally and in writing Organised with good attention for detail A Flexible team player who has a can do attitude and the ability to use your initiative Remuneration: Annual basic salary to 24k plus uncapped commission, generous holiday allowance of 26 days plus bank holidays 34 days in total, with the option to buy or sell 6 holidays a year.
