Property Dispute Resolution Associate (5 years’ PQE)
My client is looking for a Property Dispute Resolution Associate (5 years’ PQE) to join their expanding and hugely reputable business. The successful candidate will have gained experience within a reputable firm as you will be part of a first class property team which undertakes a broad range of contentious and advisory work for some of the leading property investment companies in the UK, major developers, and clients in a wide range of sectors including retail, leisure, government, infrastructure, utilities, financial, healthcare and charities, as well as for high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will have/be: Ideally experience within a large regional firm Accustomed to dealing with clients, fee earners and support staff at all levels Accustomed to working without close supervision IT competent Duties will include, but not be limited to: Meeting clients when required Take appropriate instructions from clients Understanding the range of legal issues likely to affect clients Network with colleagues to ensure a client receives a total service offering Carry out client instructions on all business matters for which you are responsible Report progress and outcomes to clients on a regular basis Inform clients about fees The successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity of flexible working from home.
