Job Purpose:
Provide support internally and to UK and export customers/distributors. 

Office based, full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday. 

Duties:
Sales Order processing
Shop Order management
Monitor outstanding Sales Orders
Product Item and Bill of Materials management
Price Lists management
Answering telephone calls
Handling queries and messages
Update customers with current delivery information
Assist with purchasing, if required


Skills:
Understanding of accounting/CRM software
Technical/Engineering understanding an advantage
Product knowledge (training given)
Requirements analysis
Teamwork
Excel
Outlook
Word
Stock control 

Other:
Office Administrator you will have previous experience in a similar role that utilised -
Organisational skills
Attention to detail
Confident telephone communication
