We are a busy three office firm, with offices located in Dover, Deal and Sandwich. We are looking for somebody to join the team to manage the Human Resources needs throughout the firm. The successful applicant will be a vital member of the team and the first point of contact with any staffing queries. The role will include:
- Holiday requests
- Holiday cover
- Staff training
- Social Media
- Arranging events
- Compliance needs
We require somebody with the following skills:
- Excellent organisation
- Good communication
- An eye for detail
- A team player
- The ability to work without guidance
- Being proactive
Previous HR/Marketing experience would be preferred (but not essential).
This is a part time position – although we will consider full time options for the right candidate.
Salary dependent upon experience.
