Working within a team of 5 people in the finance team this is a good opportunity to work within a company going through a period of growth.
The role is to assist with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and shipping functions.

Duties will include:

Entering purchase invoices on the finance system
· Preparing payments
· Entering customer receipts on the finance system
· Assisting with credit control
· Issuing shipping instructions
· Dealing with incoming shipping documentation.
· Office duties - filing, archiving, etc.
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and couriers


Skills/Experience Required

· Some office experience
· Good PC skills including Office, etc.
· Good maths and English

Beneficial
* Knowledge of bookkeeping/double entry
* Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central

Own transport is required
