Project Support Officer/Administrator
The Training Effect is a UK-wide provider of consultancy, training and services to schools. We are currently recruiting administrator/s at our office in Ashford. You will be part of a team providing administrative support to our commissioned services.
Whilst we maintain an office we provide opportunities to work flexibly, including working from home for a proportion of working hours.
This role will be focused on supporting our services provided to schools. These are focused on emotional health and well-being, risk-taking behaviours, curriculum support and safeguarding.
Specifically, this will include liaison and recruitment of schools, report production and general administrative tasks.
As the majority of our work is with schools, Term-Time hours are preferred but all other hours considered.
Salary range £16-19k (pro-rata), dependent on experience. We also offer a company pension and Benenden Healthcare cover for employees alongside other benefits.
