A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, temporary Administrator to join an established organisation.

The ideal candidate would have a strong administrative background, a keen passion for the public sectors and seeking the opportunity to work within a friendly and growing Administration team. This position is an ongoing temporary position, that is likely to be extended.

My client is looking for an individual who can offer the following to take on the Administrator role:

Key Functions
1. To provide administrative support to the Revenues & Benefit Office staff.
2. To photocopy and return customers' personal documents using the
appropriate method of return.
3. To prepare, scan and index incoming Revenues & Benefits daily post
into the document imaging and workflow computer system.
4. Ensure that "Fast Track" claims are dealt with within twenty-four hours
5. To monitor the levels of scanning and indexing and report to the
Systems & Support Manager on a daily basis.
6. To ensure that all scanned documents over an agreed age are
catalogued and stored appropriately.
7. Dealing with a variety of tasks as direct by the department
8. Monitoring and ordering of stationery and forms used by the service.
9. To monitor the benefits answerphone messages and respond by
sending customers requested forms as appropriate.
10. To provide support with Financial Services post opening when required.
11. To carry out any additional duties as and when required within the
general scope and purpose of the post.
