Reporting to the General Manager, the role will consist of:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with customers, taking orders, and managing queries
  • General office administration
  • Using internal software and various Microsoft Office programmes

The ideal candidate will have good time keeping skills, polite telephone manner, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure both as an individual and as part of a team.

Monday to Friday, 0900-1700. No weekends. No Bank Holidays. Own transport required, due to our rural location.
